Your home will be Staged with what you already have in your home. This option is for those who have an abundance of furniture and decorative accessories that can be used to present the home at its best.

The first step in the process will be for the Home Stager to do a Verbal Consultation (Option1) and prepare a cost estimate for the actual Staging. A Design Plan will then be created and you may be asked to make your home ready for Staging by packing certain items, storing pieces of furniture and making minor repairs.

The Home Stagers will do the actual job of Staging by repositioning furniture, hanging art and placing decorative accessories.

When they leave, your home will be Open House ready.

For those who will be living in the home while it’s on the market, the Stager will give you suggestions for maintaining the Staged look throughout the selling process.
