Studio D provides a fresh design, flawless execution, and impeccable service, frequently garnering multiple offers at well over asking prices (see benefits section for more details). This can be accomplished in one of three ways:
1- Full Staging: Staging is most effective when starting with a blank slate, in order for our team to deliver delight for your particular property. Studio D creates a lifestyle, bringing in rugs, furniture, artwork and decorative accessories, sure to pull potential buyer’s heartstrings. Project Fee.
2 – Partial Staging: Our professional stagers can work with the owner’s things to edit + enhance in order to present a strong eclectic look. This takes extra creative juices, but the results are without fail, incredulous! Project Fee.
3 – Consultation Services: Studio D’s creative team can offer experienced advice for the homeowner for a DIY home staging process. Our stager assists in light fixture, flooring, and color specifications, as well as furniture layout, art placement, and accessorizing. Hourly fee.
Developer Services: Developers can depend on our expert stagers to pull together unique, cohesive looks for single homes as well as multi family units, flawlessly and efficiently. These furnishings may be staged and moved from unit to unit as needed…and turn around times are incredulous! Project Fee.
Our insatiable fetish for carefully selected home furnishings + decorative accessories assure a quick response and a fetching design suitable for your unique property.
This would start with an initial on site consultation to discuss dates, style definition, rooms, furniture placement and budget. A proposal is later emailed and a deposit + signed agreement will secure a spot on our calendar. Then voile!
Generally a property is staged in 1 day with larger jobs 2-3 days. Most stagings can be scheduled within 1-3 weeks. For larger projects 3-4 weeks are preferred. Contracts are usually for a three month period but often sell sooner. Our Calendar fills up quickly… so if you’re looking to sell your property, we suggest you don’t delay.
