This option is for vacant and Model homes. Furniture from a furniture rental company is arranged for and decorative accessories are provided on a rental basis from NY Home Staging Solutions' exclusive collection.

The first step is to analyze the space by observing the architecture, choice of flooring, unique features and paint colors. You may be asked for a floor plan; measurements and photos will be taken.

After visiting the space and meeting with you, The Home Stager will prepare a cost estimate, which will include our Staging fee for the creation and implementation of the design and rental fees for furniture and decorative accessories.
