NY Home Staging Solutions, Inc. provides services to assist in presenting your home to a broad audience. The purpose is to feature unique aspects of your home by neutralizing the interior and creating a universally appealing space.

Pricing varies and is based on the type of service appropriate to your situation as well as the size of the home and the number of rooms to be considered.

Creating the ultimate presentation of your home can be done in several ways.

Option 1
A representative from NY Home Staging Solutions, Inc. will visit your home, take photos and prepare a written consultations detailing the recommended changes and updates for preparing your home for sale. (more)

Option 2
Staging your home with furnishings available on site.  In some cases all of the furniture and accessories are fresh, contemporary and color coordinated.  In such situations, the Home Stager creates a new perspective by moving furniture, repositioning accessories and neutralizing space. (more)

Option 3
Staging with all or a portion of the rental decorative accessories provided by NY Home Staging Solutions, Inc. (more)

Option 4
Staging with large pieces of furniture from a rental company plus furnishings and accessories rented from NY Home Staging Solutions, Inc. The Staging Professional will select appropriate pieces of furniture and will arrange for order and delivery.  The presentation is complete with rental accessories from NYHSS creating an environment that appeals to the largest number of prospective buyers.
